So, why jewellery?

Good question. Let us explain to you why WE chose jewellery.  

Jewellery is the carrier of memories and love passed down from one generation to the next. It is an essential artefact for all special occasions that a man and woman experience; a birthday, wedding, graduation or confirmation. Jewellery marks the same intention and purpose regardless of religion, spirituality, accomplishment or culture. They are like statues of our memories, or of people, so they may never be forgotten. Special pieces provide a sacred space to remember and commemorate. They assist us in not only remembering but creating value in moments. Jewellery has the ability to elicit an emotion, a memory, and touch your heart. You and I both know that this type of jewellery may remind you of family heirlooms and not InBEEtween, but why can’t we have more memories to remember. InBEEtween believes in the ability to create our own celebrations, pride and emotional connections.

We ourselves, hold our grandmother’s brooches and gemstone rings very dear and near to our heart. But this is a different memory and emotion than the one elicited when we wear InBEEtween. It’s the same as owning a Bentley old timer and also purchasing an electric vespa on the side. Both accessories stuck to a different passion. 

When Pio was at university, she would simply change her earrings for dinner and call it a successful outfit change (occasionally she would throw on some funky pants).  The earrings made a change to the face, help make the eye pop, or highlight the shape of the face. As cliche as it sounds, it truly comes down to the little things. 

Jewellery is also art. An earring is a creation, a play on shapes, forms and colors. You can experiment by combining materials or “cross pollinate”, as we like to call it (when you mix silver and gold pieces). There is no one way to do it, only millions. So how do you stand out among millions? We believe in the story, the brand and the pursuit of your own buzz. 

Jewellery makes women feel beautiful and confident; I can’t speak for you men out there, but I’d doubt you’d tell me it doesn’t make you feel stylish and cool. It is an easy, direct change to your look that easily generates a corresponding change in mood. Jewellery speaks your personality before you utter a word. Wearing the right jewellery goes a long way when it comes to complementing your outfit. They are our “cherry on top” and, when styled well, gets you an al bacio kiss from an Italian chef.
